Currently on the primary admin can trigger a Wiki update with a new baseline process. Other admin user can upload and set a new baseline, but must contact the primary admin or must wait for the daily cron job to run.  Provide the ability to update just one wiki at a time to all admins. The update could run in a separate session/thread to not impact traffic on the server.
