Should add following tests to /org.eclipse.cosmos.rm.validation.tests/src/org/eclipse/cosmos/rm/internal/validation/smlvalidators/TestReferenceValidator.java

smlxpath1 scheme, otherwise valid
reference by bare name
"child sequence type" reference (alt code path in URIReference)
