Right click on MDR node or query node in the navigation tree to show the popup menu.  There are two menu options: "Register Configuration Items..." and "Deregister Configuration Items...".  These functions will register/deregister relationships too.  I'm not sure if relationships are considered "configuration items".  So I suggest simplifying the wording to "Register..." and "Deregister...".

This comment also applys on the title of dialog boxes. 
"Register MDR Configuration Items" and "Deregister MDR Configuration Items"

Changed wording on dialog box titles and menu items.
Changed the tests to reflect these changes.
