Here is an initial code contribution for our remote indexing contribution.

In summary, this contribution:

- Adds a New Remote C/C++ Project Wizard which adds a remote nature to the project and allows the user to configure their service model
- Adds the beginnings of a reference implementation for remote C/C++ indexing services, leveraging the Remote Systems Explorer as the communication mechanism
	Features currently working include:
		- Remote C/C++ Editor
		- Remote search
		- Remote navigation
		- Remote call hierarchy
		
I will attach the .zip file for the new projects shortly, and fill out a contribution questionnaire.

Ok, it seems I can't fill out the contribution questionnaire, because you need PTP committer rights to submit a CQ against PTP.  Makes sense.  Greg, you'll have to fill out the CQ.

I don't think you need to submit a CQ since this was written 100% by employees of the submitting committer (me).
