Feature jar artifacts should have the IArtifactDescriptor.DOWNLOAD_CONTENTTYPE property set to IArtifactDescriptor.TYPE_ZIP. This will allow verification of download content type during transfer. See also bug 236157.

I'm proposing to pass on that one for 3.4.1 since for it to be relevant everyone would have to regenerate its metadata. Assigning to Jeff to fix in the publisher.
