When test-installing my features (all Eclipse.org / Ganymede) I receive errors like:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
 Problems downloading artifact: osgi.bundle,org.apache.commons.codec,1.3.0.v20080530-1600.
   Exception connecting to http://eclipse.a3-system.be/releases/ganymede/plugins/org.apache.commons.codec_1.3.0.v20080530-1600.jar.
   http://eclipse.a3-system.be/releases/ganymede/plugins/org.apache.commons.codec_1.3.0.v20080530-1600.jar

To the user it looks as if my features were incomplete and I can't do anything against it.

Could you please try again with rc4 as issues in that space have been fixed.

I confirm: Seems to be solved in RC4 ;-)
