Each Dialog has an icon that is displayed in the top left of the dialog.  We need to use appropriate icons for the relative dialog.  The icons are all defined, currently, but default to the small green ball.

All the png files in org/eclipse/cosmos/provisional/dr/ps/components/widgets/css/icons are the green ball that is shown, will look into replacing these with the appropriate icons.
