The drag and drop support of the task list needs to be reviewed and ported for Mylyn 3.0.

I have reviewed and refactored TaskDragSourceListener and TaskListDropAdapter. The task list now properly handles local transfers, text transfers and url transfers. I have removed the ability to drop files on to the task list. We can revisit this later once the task/query import implementation has been fixed.

Dragging tasks, queries or categories out of the task list creates a mylyn-tasks.xml.zip which is a task list file which contains the selected items only.
