The three Install/Update pref pages are missing help - if you click on the ? nothing happens.

Patch for 3 pref pages context IDs and placeholder content

Code changes were required to add the preference page help contexts.

This patch provides the code changes to the three pref pages, plus help keys, plus placeholder content in the platform.doc.user.

The pages are:

1) top level Install/Update page
2) Automatic Updates page
3) Updating from File System page

Note: the "Classic" Automatic Updates page doesn't have a help context but didn't in 3.3.2 either.
