Zhiqiang, Is this an ICU-realted issue? Thanks, Doshiro.
No, this is not ICU bug, but since it's too late for 2.3, we will address this in 2.3.1.
<response_by> Matthew Mazaika at 2008.06.12.10.33.31 </response_by> This bug has been deferred. It will be considered for the 3.4.1 service pack.
Need investigate to user localized string for UnitPropertyDescriptor.
I think that the computeSize of CCombo in the linux is wrong. The height of CCombo is 23, but the computeSize of CCombo is 27, so when I set the text height as CCombo computeSize height, the text will higher than ccombo.

We have no enough time to put this in current release, may fit to next release.
Fixed it.
