When "Thread Groups" option is enabled in Debug view, all threads are collapsed by default.  I think it would be more useful if at the time when a thread group is added, it was also initially expanded.

Better yet, just provide "expand all", "collapse all" controls in debug view, just like is found in the Breakpoints View.

I think this is a dupe of bug 126379, when we activate thread groups we should retain the selection (if any). I'm not sure we would always want to expand all of the thread groups - unless by expand you meant 'retain selection'
