This protocol implementation version doesn't use a proper reconnection mechanism. Sugestion - adapt the mechanism from the previous version.

The mechanism now is centered on the sender part.
Every time that the protocol send a message and get an exception the engine try to reconnect to the server. This is not valid for the situation which the client required a stop, in this case, there is no reconnection.
