The Uncomment accelerator is Ctrl + \ which cannot be done on Swiss German and 
German keyboards due to a platform limitation of Ctrl or Alt plus the AltGr 
key.

Ctrl + and Ctrl - are currently free - they might be a better choice for 
comment/uncomment.

Is there any plan to change this one for 2.1 (even by using a German only 
keybinding). I am getting asked about this by Danish and German customers.

Works for me using German keyboard (I20030917).
