Eric Cloninger was nominated as committer and new team leader of TmL project.
The PMC was already approved this election and all process was done. Including CVS forms by the current leader was already sent.

But his account was not created yet. Please verify waht is the problem about this account and what is missing to fixed that.

It can take a few days after the end of the election for the account to get created.  If you review the election process diagrams you will see that webmaster has to manually provision the account:

Likewise an email is sent to the candidate when the provisioning has been completed by webmaster.
