According to http://wiki.eclipse.org/COSMOS_API_Cleanup, the following plug-ins are in violation for properly indicating provisional and internal APIs:

org.eclipse.cosmos.rm.repository
org.eclipse.cosmos.rm.smlif
org.eclipse.cosmos.rm.validation

The repository plugin needs internal/provisional added to package names, and the other two need the location of that token shifted to the 5th position.

Assigning to Ali for the repository plugin, but I will be glad to do the other two plugins as part of this defect.
