Mouse scrolling support for Cocoa

Currently Cocoa-based widgets don't handle mouse wheel scrolling since they don't respond to scrollWheel: selector. 

The attached patch adds support for mouse scrolling: SWTView now responds to scrollWheel: and the received NSEvent is appropriately handled.
