After verifying various API tooling bugs, creating "problem scenarios" in the workspace, I saw errors in my log as follows. There are no stack traces, not sure where they are coming from:

Could not locate method RulerBreakpointAction()V
Could not locate method LaunchAsAction()V

This is logged so that we know something went wrong when trying to locate the member inside the workspace.
I'll investigate.

Could not reproduce. But I think we should continue to log these issues as they can help us to catch such cases.
