The download page does indicate WTP as a dependency. We need to add a link to download WTP on the download page and indicate WTP is required for COSMOS SDK.
http://www.eclipse.org/cosmos/downloads/?buildId=COSMOS-1.0.0-200804270312 At the bottom under the prerequisites, we not only need to add WTP as a prereq for the COSMOS SDK, but we also need to list Axis2 as a prereq for those wishing to deploy to J2EE.
Also need to note that WTP has some downstream dependencies such as GEF and EMF.
Any specific version of WTP and Axis2 needs to be specified. Right now WTP has 3.0 M5 build released and Axis2 has 1.3 build released.
Axis2 version is 1.3. Lastest WTP stable build is M6. Saurabh and Jagmit, can you update the i10 download page? It's not too late.
Will like to confirm, before making the change to download page. Currently we are getting Axis 1.3 from the following source http://apache.mirror.rafal.ca/ws/axis2/1_3/axis2-1.3-bin.zip. Should I use this link for Axis 1.3. Secondly we are using WTP M4 driver as build dependency. Should we use the M4 or latest M6 driver. Please confirm.
hi Hubert: Can you provide input on my last comment #5. Want to confirm

Actually, you shouldn't link a mirror directly, but rather point them to the Apache site. There should be a page from which you select the mirror from for that file. You want to use the link to that page. > Secondly we are using WTP M4 driver as build dependency. Should we use the M4 > or latest M6 driver. Please confirm. It depends on what version of Eclipse you are using. If you are using Eclipse M6, then you should use WTP M6. If Eclipse M4, then WTP M4.

Here is the link to include: http://ws.apache.org/axis2/download/1_3/download.cgi They should download the standard binary distribution from that page using their preferred mirror.
Both Eclispe platform and WTP should be M6. (also update the build to use M6 in i11) Beside the WTP link, say it's for COSMOS SDK only.
(In reply to comment #9) > Beside the WTP link, say it's for COSMOS SDK only. Technically it's only for the data manager toolkit, right? I.e. if you were installing the SDK but not building MDRs, you would not need WTP.
The MDR toolkit is part of the SDK zip. So you cannot make the distinction between MDR toolkit vs. SDK. Also WTP is required to extend the UI, which is also part of the SDK zip.
Added the Axis 1.3 and WTP M6 as requirement for i10 stable driver http://www.eclipse.org/cosmos/downloads/?buildId=COSMOS-1.0.0-200804270312. Please verify

Also, I see you have this text: "Axis 1.3 - required by COSMOS Toolkit (SDK)" Isn't Axis also required for the Demo download? Any other downloads on the page, Hubert?
