Online help update

New images are required for the PE and LoadLeveler online help due to updates to the launch configuration panels. There is also a minor change to the online help text for PE because of these changes. The pe_run_config.jpg file goes in org.eclipse.ptp.rm.ibm.pe.help/html/images. The ibmll*jpg images go in org.eclipse.ptp.rm.ibm.pe.help/html/images.

Do I need to send you updates for the head branch for these changes (which should be identical)?
