Simple patch to add wizard package to Export-Package list

The org.eclipse.xpand.ui.wizard package should be added to the Export-Package list.  I realize you're probably working on what I see as *.xpand3.ui in CVS, and that I could subclass the available org.eclipse.xtend.shared.ui.wizards.NewExtXptResourceWizard, but I'm trying to configure an Amalgam DSL Toolkit configuration of capabilities and can't use the existing Xpand wizard as-is, unfortunately.

If you could apply the attached patch and post a new build when you get a chance, that would be great.
