File /org.eclipse.mtj.core/src/org/eclipse/mtj/core/signing/RC4Engine.java from org.eclipse.mtj.core plug-in contains copyright to Bouncy Castle with a Non EPL license. This file will need to be removed from the repository.

CQs related to Bouncy Castle are: CQ1156, CQ1142, and CQ1141.  These CQs have not been approved for Eclipse.

It was decided through discussion in developers list (http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/dsdp-mtj-dev/msg00336.html) to remove the entire feature that depends on Bouncy Castle.

This feature is the ability to store user's keystore and key passwords in project's metadata file.
