original eclipseME code used a previous version of ASM. it is necessary to change TMJ code to use this new ASM version

Since the ASM 3.0 is missing some classes previously used by the internal preprocessor, part of the code was only removed, and is currently not working.

Also, the preprocessor option from the preference pages, was removed. A new bug will be opened concerning the internal preprocessor support.
