truzip is used inside MTJ to handle the JAR file as a file system. truzip is packed in a separated plugin as a library

Added truezip 6.6 library as a plug-in named de.schlichtherle.truezip

Also changed org.eclipse.mtj.core/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF to point to the new library plug-in.
