1. Load the /org.eclipse.cosmos.rm.example.datacenter project into the workspace and select Validate SML-IF from the context menu.
2. Observe there are 93 errors flagged in the project.

The issues causing these errors to be reported are also causing all tests in TestPluginMainValidator to fail.

After discussing this with David, we both agreed to remove  TestPluginMainValidator.  The reasons are:

1) The data center example was originally developed to provide feedback to the SML/CML workgroup.  It doesn't serve well as a single test case
2) Test case failures are time consuming to track down because of its mere size
3) It doesn't serve as a well-defined test case (i.e. there is no specific functionality it exercises)

The plan is to create a better set of artifacts for the SML repository under defect https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=223273.  This will be a scaled down version of what is defined in the data center example.
Creating test cases for this smaller data set will be of more value.
