The listeners should be registered with the TaskActivityManager. Once completed, ITaskActivityListener.activityChanged() should be called when week start is changed.

Committed. Now have ITaskActiviationListener (registered with TaskListManager) and ITaskActivityListener registered with TaskActivityManager.
ITaskTimingListener api merged with ITaskActivityListener.
