The Navigator (and other views) don't reflect the changes made on the "File
Associations" preference page.
I think this is tolerable but we should inform the user on the "File
Associations" preference page about that fact that only new views will pick up
the new icons.

Test Case:
1. Create a Java project
2. Add CU e.g. Test.java
3. Switch to the Resource perspective
4. Look at the icon if Test.java in the Navigator
==> is a blue J
5. Now remove the Java Editor from *.java ("File Associations" preference page)
==> Navigtor still shows old icon
