One of the "must do" conditions for Ganymede was to sign jars: 

"Projects must use signed plugins using the Eclipse certificate. Exceptions authorized by the planning council for technical reasons."

Steffen: we should do this sooner rather than later because we're missing one of the Ganymede "must dos" by not having it.

Rob and I have been granted signing privileges. I will go ahead and sign the current version that we distribute as part of Ganymede.
