This issue is caused by the filter defined on column binding.

Discuss with Mingxia, it's DtE's bug, re-assign to DtE team.

Please see the comment#2 in bug 226409. You should make two object comparable.In your report, you can make it work by 2 ways:
1)change the aggregation filter as datasetRow["xxx"]<new java.sql.Date(104,0,1).
2)change the aggregation filter as new Date(datasetRow.getTime())<new Date(2004,1,1).

Verified in build (2.3.0.v20080424-0630), closed.
