Description:
[EPP][MAC]Click the item and it will move to the buttom[00]

Stpe:
1. Add three label, named l1, l2, l3.
2. Click l1.

Actual result:
l1 will move to the buttom that under the l3 by auto.

Expected result:
It should not be move.
