Update for Intel Fortran compiler integration

The attached patch contains an update for the Intel Fortran Compiler integration that we would like to contribute.

Here is a brief description of the functionality the patch contains:
1. Enhanced New Project Wizard integration:
  a. Fortran Compiler integration now contributes to the “generic” project type entries, i.e. “Executable”, “Shared Library” and “Static Library”
  b. The “old” project types entries are kept untouched. This is done to make Intel project type entries as well reside in the location of gnu fortran project type entries to avoid user confusion. Project creation using “Generic” project type entry and “old” (specific) project type entries have the same effect.
2. Support of the “Build Properties” mechanism
  a. Ability to change the build artifact type of the already created project ("Build Artifact" tab of "C/C++ Build"->"Settings" property page)
3. String fixes for Intel tools and tool-chain names

Jeffry, can we include this in the forthcoming beta release?

Thanks,
Mikhail
