Build ID: 3.4M6  I20080330-1350 with wtp-wst-S-3.0M6-20080404175400.zip

Steps To Reproduce:
- Install a clean Eclipse 3.4M6 with WTP 3.0M6
- Open the CVS Repositories view and right click in it
- The context menu shows two (enabled) actions:
  - Generate > XML File...
  - Source > Format

They do nothing.
IMHO, they do not belong there.

I think there's a number of such extraneous actions that leak out here and there, and appreciate this report to start eliminating them. 

Nitin, I think these two happen to be in your area. 

Assuming you agree, please see what can be done (and/or recommend a general approach).
