Changes to plugin.xml and plugin.properties to add templates.

Creates JSF/JSP pages for each of the existing JSP template types.  Also adds a simple JSF EL template for inserting "#{}" on attribute values.

This enhancement improves the out-of-the-box experience of first-time users and was one of the feedback we got on the Europa release.
