Some TPTP features (org.eclipse.tptp.platform.jvmti, org.eclipse.tptp.trace.jvmti) are not more available in the build 200803260100. February builds are free from this defect. To check it I used "Help / About Eclipse SDK / Feature details" menu item. The same result can be get using Eclipse API. This defect blocks initialization and some functionality of TPTP plugins and makes uanavailable updating of these plugins via update site.
I installed the TPTP-4.5.0-200803280100 driver on the latest Eclipse SDK and an older Eclipse SDK without P2. In the older Eclipse SDK, the features are displayed in the Feature Details. This might be caused by https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=222480. Investigating with the P2 team.
Marking as duplicate of 222480. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 222480 ***
