The current Graph Response Viewer is too cluttered with information.  We need to reduce the clutter.

Actually, Mark agreed to have the hierarchical and the properties view integration checked in.  Re-opening this enhancement to add the tree structure without the graphical representation.

QA review for JUnits/Manual tests:
* There is no explicit test cases found for GraphResponseViewer-Hierarchical View, however this has been tested as part of End2End testing based on http://wiki.eclipse.org/COSMOS_DEMO_i11 page

It would be good, if some one can add TPTP Test case over 'GraphResponseViewer-Hierarchical View' into DataVisualization.UI.Component.Widget.testsuite

Three manual tests have already been added to
org.eclipse.cosmos.examples.e2e.tests/manual/DataVisualization.UI.Component.Widget.testsuite:

- Hierarchical Items
- Hierarchical Relationships
- Hierarchical Sample Registration
