The Available Features dialog shows features and versions I've already installed. Could there be a flag (enabled by default) to filter out things that I've already installed? Seems confusing to present a list of things to install that I've already installed. Or, if not filtered, perhaps a new icon or colours to show that it's already installed, eg., like Synaptic does?

(For simple steps to reproduce, see bug 223931.)

this will be handled as part of a lot of rework happening in M7 in bug # 216028
