Steps To Reproduce:
Custom fields from Jira (3.12.1) that have been created with type "Select List" are showing as a read-only, no-border text field.

There should be duplicate for this already. The problem is that JIRA remote API don't provide list of options for the custom fields or at least it used to be that way last time I checked the API.
