Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open the product configuration (Help > Software Updates > Manage Configuration)
2. Expand the tree and select a feature
3. Disable the selected feature
4. The tree is collapsed before the user is queried about a restart of Eclipse (which is answered with "No").

This behaviour is inconvenient if one is about to disable multiple features to fix the current configuration.
