Description Eugene Chan CLA 2008-03-10 11:37:09 EDT
The TPTP Context extension and Column extension are not supported by the following views:

Object Allocations [Memory Statistics tab][Allocation Details tab]
Thread Analysis [Thread Statistics tab]

The Context extension allows adopter to relabel and re-iconize the labeling of column header and column contents r.w.t. to context defined.

The Column extension allows adopter to plug additional columns into the view.

The org.eclipse.tptp.trace.jvmti.internal.client.views.BaseProfilerView framework that is extended by the mentioned views does not support the extensions listed, which are available in the rest of the profiling view that extends the org.eclipse.hyades.trace.views.internal.StatisticView framework.

When the above two extensions are implemented, hover text extension on column cell should then be implemented in the view above (see bug 80440) which depends on the two extensions to work.

This is a consistence problem of profiling views. Extensions are limited to JVMPI and a portion of JVMTI views only.

Adding the new ThreadStatesView in the list.

Object Allocations [Memory Statistics tab][Allocation Details tab]
