Description Daniel Dunn CLA 2002-08-06 09:57:23 EDT
An extra folder is created in the Package Explorer for any Java project which
has a source folder path consists of a subdirectory - e.g. src/java and in the
GUI will show both src/java and src. The second directory should not be shown
in the GUI.
Comment 1 Dirk Baeumer CLA 2003-02-05 15:06:40 EST
The second folder must be shown. Otherwise you have no change to access file in
the src folder.

May be we should provide a filter to filter out empty folders. But this is not
planned for 2.1.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you.

FYI: If you really need it you can contribute such a filter via the 'org.eclipse.jdt.ui.javaElementFilters' extension point.
