Description Pascal Rapicault CLA 2008-03-09 21:01:28 EDT
One of the library I'm consuming is a binary bundle. I don't need/want to modify it because it has been properly bundle-ized. Also I need to have it in my workspace such that I can share it with my teammates.
Now the problem is given the jar for that bundle, how do I get it easily in my workspace in a form that allows me to run against it, but also allows me to export the original jar.

So importing binary plug-ins from within PDE shouldn't be a problem... as long as they are plug-ins. Dani does this all day long and causes the PDE team grief at times. I think the real issue will be in the export workflow... PDE shields you from exporting binary plug-ins. I will mark this bug as a dupe of that old issue.
