I have my package explorer set to hide binary plugin projects, so as to keep the
list sane. Occasionally I will be seized by a desire to modify one of the binary
plugins and will check it out from CVS (on top of the existing binary plugin).
The filtered view does not automatically update to add this new non-binary
plugin, I have to kick it by turning the filter off and then on again.
