Using I20080306065043

Something has changed with how static presets are working and may be related to work for #218333.   A preset that has always been available, is no longer.

Steps:
1) New Dynamic Web App
2) Choose Tomcat 5.5...  JSF v1.1 preset is normally available since JSF v1.1 facet is defined as jst.web [2.3

Workaround:
1)  Choose "Modify..." and select JSF facet there

This is actually working as designed. The idea is to filter presets on the first page not just on the runtime but also on the module version. The existing JSF 1.1 facet specifies jst.web 2.3, so it gets filtered out if other jst.web version is selected. Note that there is no filtering of presets in the dialog that pops-up when select "Modify...".

This is a distinct change in behaviour.   There may be others out there who will be affected.

Potentially. This change was part of the broader 3.0 feature of introducing module version selection on the first page of WTP wizards.
