I noticed that there are still references to Cell in the remote tools. In particular, the remoteEnvironmentControlDelegate extension point specifies and interface type of ICellTargetEnvironment. We really need to remove these references before 2.0 GA. Would this be possible?

I noticed the references, too, and agree that they should be replaced. I will prepare a patch soon.

A patch that removes Cell references

Renamed some classes that contained the word "Cell".
Renamed keys of properties that contained the word "Cell".
Fixed plugin.xml entries.
Removed comments that referenced classes from plugins that are not part of Remote Tools.
Fixed invalid references in comments and JavaDoc.
