Steps To Reproduce:
The changes introduced by the patch in bug #218620 in ILaunchConfigurationVariableSupplier are not sufficient to make org.eclipse.ptp.remotetools.environment.launcher plug-in compliant with Eclipse 3.2. Actually we realized that going further with the changes to make this plug-in compatible with Eclipse 3.2 is out of our current purpose. Hence we are opening a new bug to reverse the changes introduced by bug #218620.

The patch for this problem is fairly simple: we just have to substitute IBuildMacro by ICdtVariable.
