Steps to reproduce:
1. Open wizard for adding new task repository
2. Choose Bugzilla
3. In the server field write: http://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs <- this 'http' is important
4. Write something in the Label field
5. Uncheck the Anonymous Access option
6. Write some valid User ID and Password
7. Click Validate Setting button
8. You should see the error message saying: "Http error: Moved Temporarity" (look at the attachment)-> This message has no useful information (at least I had no idea what went wrong).

We disabling redirect during validation for security reasons so we need to improve the error message while retaining the functionality (contingent on outcome of bug#203545).
