The documentation smoke tests need to be updated to include these documentation plug-ins.

org.eclipse.tptp.test.recorders.url.doc.user as well.

The As-Is components are no longer tested so the Manual Test/BIRT Reports plug-ins do not need to be added to the documentation smoke tests.  

The JUnit Plugin/URL Recorder plug-ins have been added to the documentation smoke tests.
