A remaining issue from Bug 189991. If you have large job titles and you resize the progress view the task names will resize correctly but the job name will not.

STEPS
1) Check out some projects from CVS
2) Reduce the size of the view

Note that this is not an issue if the progress view starts small.

Here is a use case from Samuel.

1. I ran the action to generate the messages in progress view
2. Resized the progress view and then closed the progress view
2a Reopened the progress view
3. Reran my action and the cancel button was gone

Initially I am going to work around this issue by adding the horizontal scroll as Sam suggested for M6 and if I get time in 3.4 I will try and fix this properly.

This is even easier to see now - just run a job that has a keep property like a CVS synchronize.

Verified in I20191009-0300. Job and task name grow and shrink on resize.
