patch to remove feature.xml file from template directory

It would be best is all WTP projects moved to this new format at the same time (with a general compile-time switch). 

I can do most of it, but the (new) build will fail if the old source plugin is referenced, as it currently is in the source feature template folder. 

I recommend you remove that file now (and release to build) as I think it will still work without it, and then the new jarred format will be obtained for free ... well, almost ... there might be a little work to do later, but not much.
