Signing is done using Ant's signjar task.
We do not currently specify a keypass, I suspect this is the cause of bug 196755.

Note that the eclipse.jarProcessor task is moved from pde.build to org.eclipse.equinox.p2.jarprocessor.  The jarprocessor was already a dependency of pde.build and this move should be transparent.
