Currently the toolkit code changes the display-name contents of web.xml to match the value entered in the wizard for the config.properties display name.  This is incorrect behavior - the display-name should remain the way it was generated by the WTP tooling.

FIXED in CVS HEAD

removed a line that was changing the original value for display-name
